A survey is a data collection tool used to gather information about individuals. Surveys are commonly used in psychology research to collect self-report data from study participants. A survey may focus on factual information about individuals, or it might aim to obtain the opinions of the survey takers.

Survey scam artists can draw up a fairly comprehensive picture of you from the details you provide, especially if you’ve also given credit card or bank details to pay them for their service. A cover for an advance fee scam, in which you’re sent a fake payment check for taking part, then asked to wire part of your “payment” to someone else.
A SharePoint survey is part of your site, so anyone with that can see lists and libraries will be able to see the survey. Your users must have contribute permissions to be able to respond to the survey. For more info about permissions, see Edit permissions for a list or library. You can put the survey on your home page by inserting it as an App.
Place these on a page. The data will form the body of your report and you will build the words around it. Use the data to decide the key points you are going to be making, then write a few bullet points that highlight these areas. Make sure each point flows logically from the next. Use the bullets to help you flesh out the main part of your report.
In addition to all of the other benefits of behavioral analysis, you can also use the information you've obtained to evaluate the initiative. Like the other evaluation methods, behavioral surveys can help you recognize the weaker points in your action plan so you can try to strengthen and improve them.
Writing as you go along. It is advisable, that you do not wait until the end of your research before starting to write it up. You may need to produce one or more chapters for assessment part way through your research. You can use the process described above for any individual chapter you are working on.
